Day Programs “My Day”

Enriching life activities to individuals with developmental disabilities.
applied behavior analysis

Each “My Day” participant has individualized goals and outcomes that guide daily activities.

Our dedicated support staff work creatively with each individual to help make one’s goals and outcomes a reality. Most goals and outcomes are focused in the areas of retaining, regaining or improving skill development, community integration and volunteering. Although participants start and end their day at our program locations much of the day is spent out in the community.

There are unlimited options of what a participant can do during the day to help meet their goals and objectives.

A participant’s day might include a morning of volunteering at a soup kitchen, thrift store, animal shelter or a daycare, an early afternoon working on social skills development or exercise at the local community center, then a late afternoon working on financial literacy, or memory skills. There are unlimited options of what a participant can do during the day to help meet their goals and objectives.

“My Day” Hours

“My Day” operates 9:30am to 3:30pm in two locations in the Kansas City Northland.
