Sandy DeGase

Sandy Degase leads our home renovations and building projects,  property management, transportation department, and our maintenance department.  Sandy has worked for our organization for 24 years.  During this time Sandy has held the following positions, Secretary, Payroll Clerk, Human Resources Director and Director of Finance, and currently Vice President of Unlimited Property Management.  Sandy has been very active in getting a 3 year accreditation from CARF, 6 times.  Sandy represented Immacolata Manor as a member of MO-ANCHOR for 9 years and held the position of HIPAA Security Officer for 13 years.  She manages 2 HUD programs consisting of 36 units total.

In 2016 we raised $3 Million to renovate and build accessible homes.  At this time we developed the Unlimited Property Management Program to oversee our construction and manage all 13 properties that we own.  Sandy comes from a construction family and this position was a natural fit for her, so she moved to property management.  In the last few years we renovated 8 homes and built 5 brand new homes.  All of these homes are completely paid for and have not debt.
